Friendship Force is an organization that is dedicated to an idea – a commitment to world peace through the understanding of people and cultures throughout the world. To this end, members travel throughout the world meeting people, sharing experiences, and gaining insight into each other’s lifestyles.
Our goal is to bring understanding of others to the citizens of the world. Each Friendship Force member who travels to another country will stay as the guest of a local member in their home and act as an ambassador representing the ideals – friendship and goodwill across national boundaries. In turn, San Diego members welcome international visitors into our culture, offering home hospitality, sharing meals, conversation, and the best sights and experiences of San Diego.
